Our studio is near Beimen MRT Station; please message us for details. ・For delivery within the Taipei and New Taipei City areas, please select **Lalamove Courier**. Delivery can be scheduled for a specific date and time. ・For other counties and cities, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. During non-peak seasons, you can specify the delivery date and time. ・If a specific delivery date is requested, refrigerated delivery will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Logistics services do not operate on Sundays. ***There is a risk of damage during shipping for deliveries to other counties/cities. If logistics are delayed or there is turbulence or impact during delivery, the condition of the floral gift may be affected. Therefore, orders can be fully refunded if canceled 5 business days prior to the specified delivery date (excluding the delivery date itself). Cancellations within 5 business days will receive a 30% refund. Except for wilting, bruising, or other clearly poor conditions of the flowers, we do not offer replacements for floral materials, changes in flower placement, vases, card colors, or packaging color schemes. If you require last-minute changes, additional charges for floral materials or packaging may apply, and you will bear the risk of delayed shipment. **| Floral Gift Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies by species, care methods, and placement environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, it is recommended to remove the packaging as soon as possible, place it in a vase, and keep it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Clean the stems and trim 2-3 cm every 1-2 days, and change the water to extend the viewing period of the fresh flowers. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, or basket arrangements, it is recommended to remove the packaging upon receipt. Gently spread the flowers and leaves from the back or sides of the arrangement and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the rim of the container. Then, replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and sunny environments will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to increase the frequency of water changes. For table arrangements, you can add 1 drop of bleach to the water to reduce the growth of microorganisms.
