As these are handmade items, please allow for a margin of error of approximately 1cm. The model in the photo has a neck circumference (at the center of the neck) of approximately 30cm. If your neck is less than 30cm, the choker may be too loose. If you are concerned about the size, we can extend the adjuster by an additional 5cm.
