Floral gifts are made to order upon receiving your order. If an item is in stock, it will be marked on the product page. 2. Production typically takes 4-7 business days, with delivery taking approximately 3-5 days. Therefore, we recommend ordering at least one week in advance. 3. If you need a floral gift urgently, please contact the designer first to discuss availability and timing. 4. For custom orders, please contact the designer first. After discussion, a custom listing will be created for you to place your order. 5. Floral ingredients may vary due to seasonal availability, but the overall color scheme and aesthetic will remain consistent. 6. Each floral gift is handcrafted by the designer, and as each flower has its unique form, every arrangement is one-of-a-kind. 7. If you require a gift card, please specify this in your order notes. ❣️ Floral Gift Care Instructions 1. Please place in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated area, as preserved flowers are sensitive to humidity. 2. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause preserved flowers to become brittle and fade. 3. If humidity causes preserved flowers to appear translucent, moving them near a dehumidifier can help. 4. To remove dust from preserved flowers, gently brush with a soft brush. 5. The optimal viewing period is approximately 1-3 years, which can be influenced by the environment and preservation methods. Colors will gradually fade over time. ❣️ Shipping and Delivery Reminders 1. Floral gifts are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe transit. 2. Minor shedding of floral fragments during shipping due to road vibrations is normal. In case of severe damage (e.g., broken pot), please take photos as evidence and contact the designer immediately. 3. If choosing convenience store pickup, please collect your item within the designated timeframe. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the designer and do not abandon the order. ❣️ Shipping Options 1.
