The #Hongyun black tea from Sun Moon Lake is #Taiwan Tea No. 21 bred in the Taiwan Tea Improvement Farm. The tea soup is bright golden red and has a delicate aroma with the scent of grapefruit honey and ripe fruit. In order to enhance the longevity of the tea aroma and extend the layering of sourness and sweetness, we specially selected #Miaoli strawberries to increase the overall aroma thickness. Most of Taiwan's strawberry planting areas are concentrated in Miaoli. Because the climate and soil are suitable for planting, the fruits are mostly fragrant, sweet and juicy, so it is known as the Strawberry Kingdom. When blended with #台茶21号# Hongyun black tea, a new flavor is derived, and the results surprise us. In order to preserve the fresh fruity and sour aroma of #strawberries to the greatest extent, we first use #low-temperature freeze-drying to preserve its fresh fruit flavor, and then grind the fruit powder and crushed black tea leaves into chocolate. The long-term slow grinding makes the flavor more rounded and delicate when combined. When tasting chocolate, the warmth on the tip of your tongue gently releases the sweet fruity aroma, followed by the tea-like undertones.
