Each batch may have slight color variations. Natural leather may exhibit marks from the cow's life, such as minor scratches, creases, or texture variations, which are normal and part of its natural character. Just as humans are not perfect, neither are cows. The handmade process may leave slight traces and minor variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of handmade items. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you are sensitive to such details. To maintain the leather and hardware, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause leather fading and damage the protective coating on the hardware's plating. Color variations are unavoidable due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and computer or mobile device displays. All products are subject to the actual item received. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth and paper towel, then let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the leather surface. When not in use for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust. Then, apply a thin layer of leather conditioner to the surface.
