Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery and floor fees, which are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A service fee of $200 applies for specified holiday deliveries, and $700 for specified date deliveries. Please pay these directly to the delivery personnel on-site. § In the event of delivery being impossible due to force majeure factors such as adverse weather, special terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to ship. We appreciate your understanding. § Deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not make last-minute changes. Any unapproved changes to the installation date will incur an additional fee of $1000. If personnel have already departed, changing the installation time will incur a $3000 empty trip fee.
