About Production Time and Shaping Craftsmanship The shaping process for our car key leather cases utilizes a leather molding technique. This method leverages the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather to be molded when wet and then retain its shape as it dries. This technique is applied to car keys to create a three-dimensionally fitted leather case. The entire process, including molding, cutting, and stitching, is done entirely by hand. Only handcrafted work can delicately achieve the soft lines after leather molding and the exquisite finish of the final product. Due to the intricate nature of the production process, the waiting time can be longer.
