Once you've decided where you'd like your bracelet to sit, use a soft tape measure to gently wrap around your wrist to get the measurement in centimeters. Alternatively, you can wrap a string around your wrist and then measure the string with a ruler. Based on your measurement, use 0.5cm as a basic unit. For example, if you measure 14.3cm, you can choose 14.5cm or 14cm. A 14cm bracelet will fit snugly, while a 14.5cm one will be more relaxed. 2. If the finished product doesn't fit upon arrival, you are entitled to one complimentary resizing service. You can also request specific beads to be removed. However, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with this service. 3. For our standard crystal bracelets, the maximum wrist size is 20cm. For wrist sizes exceeding 20cm, an additional customization fee will apply. All crystal bracelets are made according to each customer's wrist size. As these are custom-made items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a significant defect. Please be aware that the following are not considered defects: 1) Natural Stones: Natural minerals are products of nature. The color and texture of each batch of crystals will vary, and natural inclusions, ice cracks, and cotton-like patterns are all normal phenomena. 2) Pearls & Shells: Pearls and shells are organic materials, primarily composed of calcium carbonate. Spots or irregular shapes are normal. Due to their lower hardness, they can easily become dull or cloudy. We recommend careful wear and maintenance. 3) Metal Components: The metal components are 14K gold-filled or silver-plated copper, both treated for color retention. However, the duration of color retention depends on individual wearing habits and body chemistry. We advise avoiding wearing them while bathing or exposing them to chemicals like perfumes. 2. The arrangement of beads or the number of beads may be adjusted to fit your wrist size, and there might be minor discrepancies in size due to measurement variations. Traces of craftsmanship, such as stray threads, are also considered normal. We will strive to maintain a design that is as close as reasonably possible to the product image. 3.
