HOFFE COFFEE hand pouring recommended parameters:

Water temperature: Light roast, light medium roast, recommended 92~95°C

Medium roast, medium dark roast, recommended 88~92°C

Total amount: add 230g of water

Step 1: Add 30g of water and pre-soak for 30 seconds

Step 2: Add 80g of water in a circle from the center outwards, and let it flow in about 55 seconds

Step 3: Quickly add more water from the center outwards, add 60g of water

Step 4: Add water to a single point in the center with a small amount of water. Be gentle and add 60g of water.

The overall extraction time is about 2 minutes
