Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique markings and imperfections from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered flaws. During processing, shipping, and crafting, the leather may acquire minor indentations or scratches. Unless the leather surface is compromised, these are considered normal. In our respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large defects. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. This is the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece distinctly captivating. **/ Color Variations /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, variations in leather color can occur due to different production batches or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors may also vary between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ Regarding Custom Orders /** (No exchange or return policy. No 7-day cooling-off period.) This product is a **custom order**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to the designer's choice of stitching color and blank embossing. As each order is **customized**, it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
