7. If one person is making two rings, you can select a quantity of 1 initially and note it in the order. The remaining balance can be paid on-site via card, and you will still receive the couple's discount.

If you change your design on-site, you will need to pay the difference for the third person. Discounts are more significant for couples or groups of four.
9. **Orders are booked with the lowest price elegant design first.** Classic, designer, layered, or other designs with diamonds, plating, or modifications require an additional payment on-site.

Former industrial designer for a computer brand, ceramic designer for the 3CO brand. Brand designer for a major Taiwanese bathroom manufacturer.
Exhibited at Taiwan Designers Week from 2008 to 2011.
2010 Golden Award for Fashion Category in Taipei County Cultural and Creative Featured Products.
Founded the Choccy Jewelry brand in 2010, creating poetic handcrafted jewelry with elegant, luxurious, and delicate craftsmanship. Established the Knock Knock Metalworking physical store in 2016, consecutively receiving awards for Hsinchu's Excellent Featured Stores from 2017 to 2019, and exhibited at the 2018 Hsinchu 300 Expo. Yvonne imparts her years of professional design expertise, leading the Knock Knock team with elegant quality service to convey the warmth of handcrafted jewelry.
Invited to lecture at Hsinchu Science Park, CIER, Synnex, Hsinchu Dental Association, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Chungyo Department Store, Eslite Spectrum, Global Mall, Chengyuan High School, and as a guest lecturer for the Product Design department at Chung Hua University and Longhua University. **During the experience class, there may be a need for on-site photography or product photography after the experience.** Photos and videos, which may include portraits or products, will be uploaded to the organizer's Facebook fan page, Instagram, etc., after the event. These may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. If you do not consent, please inform the staff on-site.
・For after-sales rescheduling or exchange matters, please refer to the "Ticket Sales Policy" on the page.
・Please purchase tickets and complete your reservation 2-3 days in advance. If you need to reschedule, please contact us.
・Participants must be 9 years or older to register for this activity.
・Only ticket purchasers are allowed to participate in the creation; unregistered individuals cannot join the class.
・Entry begins 5 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late.
・**Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be permitted entry**, and no refunds or rescheduling assistance for weekdays or design exchanges will be provided.
・Biscuits or candies will be available on-site.
・Knock Knock friends are required to comply with venue rules and follow the instructor's instructions. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the individual.
▶ Ticket Sales Policy
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee of the ticket price to cover all incurred expenses. As designers need to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges are not accepted within ten days prior to the event date.
**Upon ticket purchase, Knock Knock Metalworking will provide a purchase confirmation via internal message; no physical tickets will be mailed.**
**On the day of the event, please present your successful registration confirmation email or order at the check-in counter for entry.**
**If you cancel due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**
・Cancellations notified 10 days before the event (excluding the event date) will receive a refund after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies depending on the payment method.
・Cancellations made within 10 days before the event date up to the day of the event are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
・We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 10 days before the event. However, please be sure to inform us of the name and contact information of the substitute participant.
・For rescheduling, please provide at least 7 days' notice. Failure to do so may result in the inability to reschedule, and same-day changes will be considered a forfeiture of the course.
・Rescheduling availability is subject to the store's regulations.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Knock Knock Metalworking will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or exchange.
・If the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to Knock Knock Metalworking, no refund will be provided.
・In the event of a typhoon, the closure and refund standards announced by the event's location will be used as the basis for class operation and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
