・Participants must be 9 years or older to join this activity.
・Only ticket purchasers are allowed to participate in the creation; unregistered individuals may not join the course.
・Entry is allowed 5 minutes before the activity starts. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late.
・**Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be admitted**, and no refunds or requests for rescheduling to weekdays or exchanges will be granted.
・Snacks or candies will be provided at the venue.
・CHOCCY Jewelry participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
▶ Ticket Sales Policy
・If you are unable to attend after payment, you can apply for a refund through the order system, with a 30% service fee to cover all incurred costs. As the designer needs to prepare materials ten days in advance, no refunds or exchanges are accepted within ten days prior to the event.
**Upon purchase, CHOCCY Jewelry will send a confirmation of successful purchase via internal message; no physical tickets will be mailed.**
**On the day of the event, please present the registration confirmation email or order details at the check-in counter to enter.**
**If you cancel due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**
・Notifications of cancellation made 10 days prior to the event (excluding the event date) will receive a refund after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies depending on the payment method.
・Cancellations made within 10 days before the event date are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
・We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 10 days before the event. However, please be sure to inform us of the name and contact information of the participant who will be taking your place.
・For rescheduling, please provide at least 7 days' notice. Failure to do so may result in the inability to reschedule, and same-day changes will be considered forfeiture of the course.
・Rescheduling dates are subject to the store's policy.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, CHOCCY Jewelry will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or exchange.
・If the activity is terminated due to reasons not attributable to CHOCCY Jewelry, no refund will be issued.
・In the event of a typhoon, the opening and refund standards will be based on the work suspension announcements for the event location, regardless of the participant's location.
