Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, veg-tan leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique marks and imperfections from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not flaws. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production, which we consider normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we cannot (and will not) completely avoid these unless they are significant scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. This is the characteristic of veg-tan leather, making each piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color variations. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock times. Even on the same piece of leather, the texture and color absorption can vary across different areas. Colors will not be consistent between consecutive orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **"Custom-Made Order."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no customizations are noted at the time of order, you agree to let the designer select the "stitching color" and have the "embossed text" area left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized items" are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
