Unlike seemingly flawless PU leather or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may also occur during processing, shipping, and production, which are considered normal unless they compromise the leather's integrity. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to machine-produced perfect items but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, over time and with use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather creation uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations can occur between different batches or due to storage time. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day cooling-off period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a **customized product**. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," at the time of order. If no customization is specified, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the embossed text area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" are not eligible for a 7-day cooling-off period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
