However, in order to maintain the bag's shape and make it last longer, we recommend not to put too heavy items in it. __Is leather waterproof?__ Natural leather is not waterproof. But whether it is leather or suede, you can use a waterproof spray for protection. Use with caution as the spray may affect the gloss and brightness of the leather. __Will the bag be damaged if it touches water?__ Leather will not be damaged if it absorbs a small amount of water.
