**▶ A Little Reminder**
1. As paint can be difficult to remove from clothing, the studio provides aprons. To protect your clothes, please avoid wearing garments with wide sleeves or those that are too precious. Think less "dancing butterfly," more focused artist.
2. No food or drinks are allowed indoors during the current health measures.
3. To maintain a small, uncrowded class environment and adhere to indoor health guidelines, please bring your own mask.
⚠ In response to the COVID-19 situation, Otto2 Art Studio follows the directives from the epidemic command center regarding indoor capacity limits. We disinfect indoor items and furniture before and after each class, and inform our customers about the following:

⚠ If your class is affected by a change or upgrade in alert levels due to COVID-19, you may choose to attend as scheduled or postpone your session. We will reschedule for a later date, prioritizing safety based on epidemic conditions! You may also opt for a full refund for classes impacted by a Level 3 alert. Rest assured, we have you covered.

**▶ Registration Process and Rules**
1. Please complete your order according to the process, specifying the number of participants and preferred time slot.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or natural disasters that prevent the class from proceeding, the government's announcement will be the guide. The standards for class cancellation and refunds will be based on the announcements for the event location. We will notify participants of any cancellation at least one day before the class and offer alternative make-up sessions.
3. It is recommended that children under 12 be accompanied by one parent to complete the course together. Only ticket holders may participate; unregistered companions are not permitted to join.
4. Entry begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.
5. The event organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for upload to official social media channels. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your likeness for event documentation or promotional purposes for other recruitment channels. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
**▶ Refund Policy** (A service fee of NT$50 will be charged for all refunds)
1. Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the class date (excluding the day itself) will receive a 100% refund of the activity fee.
2. Cancellations notified between the 7th and 4th day before the class date (excluding the day itself) will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
3. Cancellations notified within 3 days before the class date (excluding the day itself) will result in forfeiture of the full activity fee.
**▶ Please Ensure the Following When Visiting Our Studio**
1. Complete the real-name registration via SMS.
2. Upon entering the studio, please cooperate with a temperature check. Temperatures exceeding 37.5°C will prevent entry, and you will be asked to return home to rest.
3. Please wear a mask at all times when entering the classroom and maintain an appropriate distance from others.
4. Alcohol and hand sanitizer are provided for hand disinfection.
5. We are currently unable to serve participants with a history of close contact or travel history related to recent outbreaks, or those exhibiting symptoms of respiratory infections.
6. If your class is affected by a change or upgrade in alert levels, you may choose to attend as scheduled or postpone your session. You may also opt for a full refund for classes impacted by a Level 3 alert.
