• If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new session time.
• Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months" from the original booking. If no suitable time is available, a refund can be requested.
• For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
• As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, "on the day of the workshop," no refunds or postponements will be accommodated. Failure to attend the workshop will be considered a forfeiture.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official announcements of work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants. The workshop will be rescheduled, transferred to another class, or a full refund will be processed.
• To ensure a pleasant experience for all participants, those who arrive "15 minutes late" without prior notice will be considered to have forfeited their session and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• To respect the experience of other participants, please arrive promptly for your scheduled workshop.

• Only ticket holders are permitted to attend the workshop. Companions who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to enter or participate to ensure the rights of other participants.
• If the minimum registration of 6 participants is not met for a specific session three days prior to the workshop, Chuanchuan Handcrafts reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
• To ensure a smooth workshop flow, please refrain from eating during the session.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
• During the workshop, the organizers may conduct photography and videography as needed. These will be uploaded to Chuanchuan Handcrafts' social media after the workshop. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the workshop, and we will make special arrangements.
