💎 Workshop Duration: Approximately 3 hours (depending on individual progress)
• The creation process is set for 3 hours. Silver clay is delicate during crafting. If the ring accidentally breaks, you may restart the entire process if no other students are scheduled immediately after. Additional time and material fees will apply (material fee $450, overtime fee $250/hr). If another student is scheduled, the studio can complete the piece for you for a fee of $250.
• The crafting material is 999 pure silver clay, which is softer than the commonly found 925 silver, and surface scratches are normal. Hand-polishing will not achieve a machine-smooth or mirror-like finish. Please be aware if you are a perfectionist.
• As the workshop involves the use of a gas torch, for safety reasons, participants must be 16 years or older.
• This product is handmade, and its final shape may vary depending on the creator. The 99.9% silver clay is soft and can deform under high temperatures.
• The color of some gemstones may subtly change after firing, which is a normal phenomenon.
• To maintain teaching quality, each session is capped at 4 participants, with individual workstations. "No companions, children, or observers are allowed."
• This workshop focuses on basic techniques. For custom or special designs, please consult with us in advance when booking, so we can assess feasibility and ensure sufficient time for your creation.
• 999 pure silver differs from 925 silver; the finished product lacks malleability and can break if dropped or bent!

Once payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared ten days in advance, cancellations will not be accepted from one day before the activity up to ten days prior.
* Cancellations notified ten days prior to the activity (excluding the activity day) will receive a full refund after deducting the service fee.
* Cancellations made between 10 days and the day of the activity are not accepted. You may transfer your spot or reschedule once. Please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the proxy participant.
* If you choose to terminate your participation during the activity for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., deciding you no longer wish to proceed, feeling unwell), no refund will be issued.
* Rescheduled activities are non-refundable.
* Date changes are not accepted 3 days prior to or on the day of the activity. Changing the date on the day of the activity will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be provided.
📌 We will reschedule your session under the following circumstances:
⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the Tainan City Government's announcement regarding class suspensions four hours before the scheduled time. If your locality is affected, please inform us in advance.
⚠️ If the workshop cannot proceed due to other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment malfunctions).

1. Due to high demand, please inquire about availability before placing your order.
2. Workshop times are based on the schedule provided. If adjustments are needed, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. Overtime will incur a fee of $250/hour, calculated as a full hour for any part thereof.
4. For late arrivals due to personal reasons, if the work cannot be completed within the allotted time, extra time will not be granted, and overtime fees will apply.
5. To avoid delaying the teaching schedule and affecting other participants' rights, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
6. During the workshop, participants' crafting process and finished works may be photographed or videoed and shared on social media platforms, our official website, or other media. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
