1. Gudee products are made of all-natural bamboo, so there are textures, color differences and other phenomena caused by the natural growth of bamboo. Therefore, each product is unique. 3. Each order only provides one free return shipping service within the seven-day hesitation period. If additional goods need to be returned within seven days, please bear the return shipping costs yourself. To avoid disputes, please confirm the acceptance of the goods before returning them.
4. If you want to return/exchange goods, please keep the original packaging intact. Once the product is used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
