Custom wedding invitations/thank you cards/gift certificate cards – can also create wedding certificates, certificate holders, signing banners, and frameless prints. We welcome you to provide styles you like as inspiration for your custom prints (reference designs are not limited to the original artist's work). Please send us the design style you prefer first. Thank you!!! [Important Notes] - For printed products (e.g., invitations, thank you cards, gift certificate cards, stickers, etc.), printed paper goods will be shipped. Electronic files will not be provided. - Different paper types will have different visual effects when printed. Please inquire beforehand if you have a specific paper preference. - Drawing time generally takes about 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on the current order schedule and drawing complexity). - The initial draft will be a watermarked line sketch. Free minor revisions are allowed once within 7 working days after the first draft is provided. - Drawings are based on the main reference photo(s) (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). If you have special requests for changes, please inquire before purchasing to confirm feasibility. - After production begins, significant modifications such as altering the original reference photo, other complex changes, or post-coloring revisions (e.g., changing facial features, hair, clothing, poses, adding body parts not visible in the photo) will incur an additional fee. - If you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos after production has started, this will be considered a new order and will require a separate purchase. - No modifications can be made after printing has commenced. - As these are custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not possible, and cash-on-delivery is not available. - Finished products may be publicly displayed. Please notify us in advance if you wish to keep your finished product private. - The finished product will include a small signature from the designer. Copyright belongs to the designer, Bear Star. - This portrait service is not for commercial use. Please contact the designer for a quote if commercial use is intended. - If you wish to proceed with printing, please notify us before placing your order for a separate quote. - We do not draw copyrighted illustrations, such as Marvel, Disney, etc. - Portraits are drawn based on the main reference photo. If you wish to modify angles, clothing, hairstyles, add or remove people or objects, or complete missing parts, additional fees may apply depending on the situation. - If the customer does not contact us within 30 days of placing the order, the order will be automatically closed. ◎Notes for Printing Orders - Once production begins, the order content cannot be modified. - All printing is done via gang run printing. We cannot guarantee exact color matching to digital proofs or samples. Color variations within 15% are acceptable. Please place your order only if you accept this. Clients cannot request returns or reprints. Separate plate printing will incur additional costs. - Gang run printing uses four-color printing (CMYK). Images for printing must be set up in CMYK. If you use Pantone, RGB, or other special color systems, please convert them to CMYK yourself, or we can assist with the conversion. Color differences may occur due to conversion, and we do not accept returns or reprints based on this. - Avoid placing important text or graphics too close to the edges, as they may be cropped. - Due to slight variations in the cutting process, perfect centering cannot always be guaranteed, and slight offsets may occur. This is considered a normal outcome of the production process and does not qualify for reprints or returns. Please agree to this before purchasing.
