**Refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.**
Cancellations notified 10 days prior to the event (excluding the event day) will receive a refund after deducting the handling fee, which varies depending on the payment method.
Cancellations are not accepted from 10 days prior to the event up to the event day, and no refunds will be issued.
We recommend transferring your spot if you need to cancel within 10 days of the event. Please inform us of the substitute participant's name and contact information.

Formerly a product designer for a brand computer company, a designer for 3CO ceramics, and a brand designer for a major Taiwanese bathroom manufacturer.
Participated in Taiwan Designers Week from 2008 to 2011.
Received the Bronze Award in Fashion for Creative and Cultural Products in Taipei County in 2010.
Founded the Choccy Jewelry brand in 2010, creating poetic handcrafted jewelry with elegant, luxurious, and delicate craftsmanship. Established the Knock Knock Metalworking physical store in 2016, consecutively receiving awards for excellent characteristic stores in Hsinchu from 2017 to 2019, and exhibiting at the 2018 Hsinchu 300 Expo. Yvonne imparts her years of professional design expertise, leading the Knock Knock team to convey the warmth of handcrafted jewelry through elegant and quality service.
