・Transportation: MRT Red Line, Exit 3 from "Aozihdi Station." Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Luigi Electric Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the handcraft classroom is next to "睦MARS Maker Space." Enter, walk straight to the end, and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately close. Unpaid orders will not be added to the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are processed as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unpaid individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
