- Crafted from furniture-grade natural solid wood, with various standard wood types available for selection. - Finished with a non-toxic, natural wood oil from Germany. - Designed for inset installation, requiring a routed groove on one side of the door panel. - Features an ultra-minimalist design with a 12mm thickness, allowing fingers to easily grip the groove. - Standard handle lengths are 10, 12, 20, and 30cm. - Custom lengths are available from 8-60cm. Once installed, it cannot be removed. For removable options, please refer to the MLr series | screw hole + screw model. - The fixing surface of the handle is not coated with wood wax oil, allowing for better adhesion of the glue to the panel. - Suitable for cabinet doors and drawers that require strong pulling force, such as dishwasher doors, deep and heavy drawers, etc. **Solid Wood Care Instructions** - This product is made from furniture-grade solid wood with a natural wood oil finish. - To prevent surface deterioration, cracking, or mold, avoid placing the product in direct sunlight or humid environments. - For cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with water to wipe away dirt, then dry with a clean cloth. Avoid touching the surface with damp hands regularly. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed by Friday of the current week will be shipped on the following Wednesday. Shipments will be delayed if there are public holidays. - Rush orders incur an additional 15% production fee and require direct contact with us. - For standard postal services, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during daytime hours. If unsure, please choose an alternative logistics method. **Return and Exchange Policy** - These are **custom-made products** and cannot be returned. For exchanges, please contact us directly. - As natural solid wood is used, variations in grain and color are expected due to different growing environments and material sourcing. This is a natural characteristic and not a defect, making each product unique. If these details are a concern, please inquire before placing your order. Returns based on color differences will not be accepted. - To experience the product's texture firsthand, please visit our Taichung showroom or authorized distributors and display stores. - Natural solid wood materials will change color to varying degrees upon exposure to air and light. Lighter woods will show more noticeable color changes than darker materials; this is a natural phenomenon and not a defect. - **Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.** If an exchange is required due to personal reasons (excluding product defects), the price difference must be paid, along with a 30% exchange processing fee based on the original order value. Shipping times for exchanges will be assessed upon receipt of the returned item. - A one-year warranty is provided, but damages caused by human factors are not eligible for return. - All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. International orders (including those shipped via international forwarding centers) are not eligible for returns. Understanding the importance of material consistency for interior designers, we are now offering the following services: 1. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Mailing If you have specific color requirements, you can send us a photo for our assessment. Once approved, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (maximum size 20cm x 20cm). Upon receiving the sample, we will select wood material with a similar color and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for samples are to be borne by the customer.) 2. Production Confirmation Process After confirmation, we will proceed with production. The wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. Return and Exchange Policy for Color Differences If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations resulting from the natural characteristics of the material will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.
