[Important Notes] ‧ For printed products (e.g., marriage certificates, invitations, thank-you cards, wedding cake cards, stickers, etc.), printed paper goods will be shipped. Electronic drafts will not be provided. ‧ Different paper types will result in different visual effects for print. Please inquire beforehand if you have specific paper preferences. ‧ Drawing typically takes about 10 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on the current order schedule and drawing complexity). ‧ A watermarked line sketch will be provided as the initial draft. Minor revisions are free of charge within 7 business days after the draft is submitted. ‧ Drawings will be based on the reference photo(s) provided (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). Please inquire beforehand if you have special requests for modifications or additions. ‧ After production begins, modifications to the original reference photo, complex changes, or post-coloring changes (e.g., altering facial features, changing reference photos, changing clothing, altering poses, adding body parts not visible in the photo) will incur an additional fee. ‧ If you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos after production has started, it will be considered a new order and require a separate purchase. ‧ No modifications can be made after printing has commenced. ‧ As these are custom products, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
