Since approximately 25% of apples are wasted during the crushing process, apple pomace is one of the most generated types of food waste, with approximately 4 million tons generated globally each year. Instead of sending such huge quantities to landfill, we reuse it as a safe, renewable resource to minimize environmental impact.
