Using a soft tape measure, gently circle your wrist once. Ensure it’s neither too tight nor too loose, and start the measurement from zero. 2. We will add approximately 0.5-1cm during the crafting process, so please provide only your precise wrist circumference (cm). 3. Kindly note your exact wrist circumference (cm) in the order. 4. If you are unsure of your wrist size, we recommend opting for a standard size of 14-15cm and choosing an adjustable tail clasp. 【Important Notes Before Purchase】 ● All jewelry is made-to-order. Upon payment, the crafting and shipping process takes 14 business days (excluding holidays). ● The color, pattern, and size of each crystal will vary from the photograph; we do not offer crystal selection for crafting. ● Inclusions such as cottony texture, black spots, internal cracks, mineral flaws, and dents in crystals are considered normal. ● All jewelry is photographed in natural light, and there may be color variations between the photos and the actual product. ● As the jewelry is handmade, it may not be exactly identical to the photograph. ● Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. ● Before shipping, we will take photos of the finished piece for your confirmation. If no response is received after this period, we will ship the item automatically the following day. 【Care Instructions】 DORSQUARE jewelry typically uses 14K gold-filled, gold-plated materials, and 925 sterling silver. Over time, oxidation and fading may occur. As these are handmade items, please handle them with care to prolong their lifespan. 1. Avoid forceful pulling. When putting on or taking off jewelry, do not pull forcefully. Avoid repeated bending, which can cause metal wear, deformation, and breakage. When opening the clasp, do not pull it apart forcefully to prevent the connecting rings on both sides from loosening. 2. Avoid chemicals and water. Prevent jewelry from coming into contact with products containing chemical additives such as perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics, as this can cause oxidation. Please remove your jewelry before swimming or showering. 3. Keep clean. Sweat and oils from the skin can corrode jewelry. After each wear, wipe the piece with a dry, soft cloth. 4. Store properly. When storing your jewelry, place it in the resealable DORSQUARE pouch provided.
