A: Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (Saturday delivery is only available for the noon slot). This may change on public holidays; please refer to the latest announcement from Black Cat courier. Q: When do you recommend the cake to be delivered? A: The cake will arrive frozen. We recommend delivery one or two days before the celebration. Thaw in the refrigerator the day before the celebration for enjoyment the next day. Q: Can I pick up at a convenience store? A: We currently do not offer convenience store pickup or cash on delivery. We use Black Cat's low-temperature frozen delivery service. Q: What kind of pet photo is required? A: Please ensure the pet's ears and face are not cut off in the photo for the best results. [Order-Related Questions] • We recommend ordering cakes 10-15 days in advance. If you are unable to meet this timeframe, please message us to inquire about availability before your pet's birthday. • Cakes are delivered frozen and require thawing time. Please select a delivery date one or two days before the celebration, not on the day itself. • Orders with added sugar toppers will be updated daily based on monthly order volume. Orders can be placed within the specified delivery date options. • As these are custom cakes, production begins only after payment is completed. If payment is overdue and the order is canceled by the system, it will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation, and no production will be arranged. • If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so up to seven days before the original delivery date. Cancellations made after this period will not be accepted. The ratio is 2 parts potato to 0.1 parts unsweetened coconut milk. If your pet is allergic to these ingredients, sweet potato purée can be used as a substitute for piping. Cakes piped with sweet potato purée cannot have written text, and color/style options will be limited to the natural color of sweet potato. [Main Cake Body Ingredients] • For dogs: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds • For cats: Meat + Dried Fish Flakes + Chia Seeds • If there are no allergen concerns, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by all pets. • The cake body will be filled to the correct volume using molds. [Color Schemes and Styles] • Piped decorations are colored using natural fruit and vegetable powders. • When ordering, please specify your desired style and color scheme in the remarks section (if no remarks are made, we will select a combination for you). Cookies are randomly selected. • As different designers have varying sensitivities to color, only color schemes can be chosen. The depth of color will be determined by the designer. [Thawing Instructions] • We recommend refrigerating the cake for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, you can thaw it at room temperature or gently microwave it on low power. Consume within 2 days. • Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some water may appear during thawing, which is normal. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap will be applied around the sides during shipping. Please remove this wrap while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. • When refrigerating or storing the cake, please keep it inside its box. This prevents the cake from drying out due to direct exposure to cold air in the refrigerator, which can cause severe cracking on the surface. [Shelf Life] • When received frozen, the cake can be stored in the freezer for 15 days or in the refrigerator for 3 days. [About Sugar Toppers] • Sugar toppers can only be purchased as an add-on when buying a cake; they are not sold separately. • Sugar toppers are customized based on the pet's appearance and fur color, with a Q-style cute aesthetic. • Sugar toppers are made from fondant, which consists of a large amount of sugar. They are not recommended for pet consumption. • Upon receipt, sugar toppers may appear sticky due to condensation at room temperature. They will gradually return to a dry state after some time. • Storage: Once dry, store sugar toppers in a cool, dry place. [Shipping Information] • Black Cat low-temperature delivery incurs a fee of NT$160. • For deliveries to outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, Green Island), please inform us separately as shipping fees differ from the main island. • The following areas are not serviced: Penghu County Magong City (Hujing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an Township, Cimei Township, Baisha Township (Dacang Island, Yuanbei Island); Kinmen County Lieyu (Dadan Island, Erdan Island), Wujiu Township; Taitung County Green Island; Diaoyutai Islands, Dongsha Islands, Nansha Islands. • There is an inherent risk with cake delivery. The risk is assumed by the customer. • We take photos before shipping. Upon receiving the cake, please inspect it immediately for severe damage, deformation, or spoilage due to temperature loss. If issues are found, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible for resolution. • For delivery instructions, any specific requests for the driver can be noted when ordering, and we will add them to the delivery slip. • During peak delivery periods (e.g., Lunar New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, 11.11), Black Cat cannot guarantee next-day delivery due to high volume. Please order in advance and arrange delivery 2-3 days before the celebration to avoid missing the occasion. • Due to high delivery volumes during festive periods, delivery quality may be unstable. We strongly advise scheduling delivery in advance to avoid these busy times. If damage occurs to cakes delivered during Black Cat's announced peak periods, we are not liable.
