If your pet has allergies to these ingredients, mashed sweet potato can be used as a substitute for piping. Cakes piped with mashed sweet potato cannot have custom text, specific color schemes, or style selections, and will be in the natural sweet potato color. [Main Cake Body Ingredients] • For dogs: Meat + Broccoli + Carrot + Chia Seeds • For cats: Meat + Dried Fish Flakes + Chia Seeds • If there are no allergen concerns, both dog and cat cakes can be enjoyed by all pets. • The main cake body is filled into molds to achieve the specified portion. [Color Schemes and Styles] • Piped decorations are colored using natural fruit and vegetable powders. • When ordering, please specify your desired style and color scheme in the remarks section (if no remarks are made, we will select them for you). Cookie decorations are chosen at random. • As different designers have varying sensitivities to color tones, only color schemes can be selected. The depth of color within a chosen scheme will be determined by the designer. [Thawing Instructions] • It is recommended to refrigerate the cake for at least 12 hours before the celebration. If it is still frozen, allow it to thaw at room temperature or gently microwave on low power. Consume within 2-3 days. • Thawing at room temperature takes approximately 1-2 hours. Some condensation during thawing is normal. • For fully frosted cakes, a protective bubble wrap collar is applied around the sides for shipping. Please remove this collar while the cake is still frozen to prevent sticking. • When refrigerating or freezing, keep the cake inside its box to prevent the surface from drying out due to direct exposure to cold air, which can cause severe cracking. [Shelf Life] • When stored frozen upon receipt, the cake can be kept for 15-20 days. Refrigerated, it can be stored for 2-3 days.
