Each item purchased will be shipped in complete, sturdy cardboard packaging. As the products are sent fully assembled and secured, the boxes are typically quite large. We will thoughtfully wrap them with bubble wrap and other protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. (2). For items requiring self-assembly, custom sizing necessitates machine cutting and threading. Therefore, slight exposure of threads at normal pipe joints is to be expected and is considered normal. (3). Iron components are joined and connected through welding. Weld marks are a normal characteristic of the process. (4). Custom dimensions will be quoted separately based on specific requirements. Please note that the wood grain, color, or natural knots in the wooden boards may vary, as each piece is unique. (5).
