**【Important Notes】** * Due to the nature of the machinery, participants must be 10 years or older. Each course is for single-person operation. (Participants aged 10-15 require a parent to accompany and assist throughout the session. Please inform us in advance; no additional fee for co-creation.) * To ensure the rights of other students, please do not be late, as it may affect the class start time. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class begins. You will need to reschedule (once within 2 months). * After placing your order, please add our official Line account: @ado_studio. Inform us of the registrant's name and class date, and send your design for review. Design files must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, please send your design file by 3 PM the day before the class. The instructor can review it by 5 PM to assist with drawing, ensuring the class duration is not impacted. * To maintain teaching quality, the studio is accessible only to registered participants. Please do not bring companions, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class. Please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may opt for 1. Extended session, 2. Rescheduling, or 3. Taking the unfinished piece home. Additional session time or rescheduling incurs a fee of $300/hour (less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour). * As artwork creation requires physical effort, please dine beforehand and try not to schedule tight plans afterward. * Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio, but you may bring beverages and light snacks. Snacks are also available in the studio to replenish energy. * The class will be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform our staff at the venue to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of your likeness and images of your work. * The studio operates by appointment. Bookings are final and non-refundable, and same-day rescheduling is not permitted. The following situations allow for rescheduling or transfer of booking ONCE within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces work and school closures in your area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed. 【Disclaimer】 * The machinery is safe when operated according to guidelines. Students must strictly adhere to the operating rules. Dottie Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to comply with the rules. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Damage to equipment due to unauthorized operation will be subject to full compensation. * By registering, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
