[Postcard] Wandering in Tamsui

I really love going to Tamsui to feel the breeze. I initially thought it would rain that day, so I didn't bring my camera. But sometimes, things turn out unexpectedly. The weather was surprisingly good (no rain, thankfully). A passerby caught my eye, and I unexpectedly took a photo of them. Everything fell into place perfectly; I absolutely adore this picture.
