A hair accessory with a soft and warm impression, featuring the texture of pottery.
The pottery is shaped into a round form and carefully sanded.
Navy blue paint is layered multiple times to create the pattern, with dots of yellow added around the flowers for increased warmth.
Dark brown glaze is applied to the pistils of the flowers.
The surface is finished with a transparent glaze and fired, giving it a beautiful sheen.
A gold line, inspired by Kintsugi, is delicately applied to both the sides and the surface.
While many associate pottery with heaviness, the thickness has been adjusted to ensure a light feel without undue strain.
Each piece is handcrafted, meaning no two items are exactly alike in pottery shape or paint color, making each accessory a unique one-of-a-kind creation.
With its subdued color palette, it is suitable for a wide range of ages.
It is easy to pair with various outfits for everyday wear, from casual t-shirts to blouses, shirts, dresses, jackets, sweaters, turtlenecks, knits, and cardigans.
Its Japanese modern aesthetic also makes it a perfect complement to yukata for events like fireworks festivals and summer festivals, as well as to traditional Japanese attire such as kimonos.
It is also recommended as a treat for yourself, for those who prefer unique items, or as a gift for someone special.
It makes an excellent present for birthdays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, job anniversaries, coming-of-age ceremonies, or baby showers.
Please relish the unique luster and depth of color that only pottery can offer.

<Brooch Usage Ideas>
■ Perfect for dresses.
While a dress can be a complete outfit on its own, plain designs can sometimes appear too simple.
Adding a brooch can instantly elevate your look with a stylish accent.
■ For cardigans without front buttons.
A brooch can be used to fasten the front of a cardigan, useful for concealing the midsection or for warmth.
■ For coats.
Coats are a winter essential.
Winter fashion often relies on dark colors like black and gray, which can feel heavy.
A brooch can add a touch of vibrancy to your winter ensemble.
■ For scarves and stoles.
Adding a brooch as an accent to a casually draped scarf can brighten up the neckline.
When using a large stole as a cape or shawl, it can also serve as a fastener to keep the fabric in place.
■ For hats.
Brooches can be used as a decorative accent on various types of hats, such as boater hats, straw hats, and beanies.
The hardware will be attached and sent after your order is placed.
The hardware is attached with adhesive and coated with resin.

〈About the artwork〉
* The hardware and the base of the Kintsugi repair are reinforced with UV resin. Please understand that there may be some minor resin overflow.
* Depending on the item (e.g., translucent items like sea glass or natural stones), the hardware may be changed to silver. Please be assured that the material will remain the same.
* Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique for restoring ceramics that are chipped, cracked, or broken, using lacquer and gold powder to bring them back to beauty.
* Instead of genuine urushi lacquer, we use new urushi, which is less likely to cause allergic reactions, along with gold powder (brass powder).
* Natural stones may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips as they are natural. Please understand this in advance.
* Please understand that glaze variations are characteristic of handmade items. Mino ware tiles, in particular, often have variations on their sides.
* Individual differences in allergies to metal, resin, and urushi exist. If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
* The actual color may differ slightly from the images depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen environment.
〈Care instructions〉
* Please handle gently, as applying strong force may cause damage.
* Please be careful, as the Kintsugi parts may come off if rubbed too hard or soaked in water for extended periods. When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
* Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.

* Kintsugi (金繕い) is a unique Japanese traditional repair method that joins broken or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified Kintsugi method, employing new urushi, which is less likely to cause allergic reactions, and gold powder (brass powder), along with UV resin for reinforcement, unlike genuine urushi derived from the sap of lacquer trees.
