Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe off the foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoe boxes. Slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging materials are for protection during transit, and minor dents or creases may occur. Packaging materials themselves are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For products with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement may vary due to random cutting. Orders placed acknowledge understanding of this variation. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Due to manual measurements, there may be a normal variation of 1-3 cm within the international standard tolerance. 10. Collaborative products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards featuring licensing marks or logos) is for authenticity and should not be counterfeited. 【Return/Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging (outer bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2.
