Sized to hold the 2-3 truly essential pens, a ruler, and an eraser. --- Collaboration --- ARLEQUIN, a brand that designs, manufactures, and sells seamless leather accessories, has partnered with NOELC, a designer based in Taiwan who showcases their work globally, to co-develop this collection. ARLEQUIN operates with the philosophy of "the maker is the user" and aims to continuously improve from their base in Osaka. All manufacturing processes apart from material sourcing (printing, cutting, assembly) are conducted in Osaka, earning them the "Made in Osaka" designation in 2015. --- Bringing art into life, and life into art. >> About the Artwork This isn't zebra stripes, it's camouflage! Camouflage is defined by its ability to conceal oneself within the environment, unseen by enemies. The Ardennes is a forested hilly region located on the border of Belgium and Luxembourg. In December 1944, Germany launched an offensive in the Ardennes region of Belgium on the Western Front... This winter, in the snow-covered Ardennes forest, the interplay of dark tree shadows and white snow created the classic and unforgettable appearance of the Ardennes Forest camouflage. I've simplified and stylized it, then extensively applied it to NOELC's creations. Its influence can be seen on menswear, womenswear, bicycles, and shoes. --- About the Product --- ARLEQUIN's Seamless Line is crafted from a blend of 70% rubber and 30% leather. This product stands out with its unique "glossy and smooth" tactile sensation, offering the timeless appeal of leather combined with the elasticity of rubber, achieved through a design and manufacturing process that leverages these qualities. The Seamless Line's material, due to its rubber characteristics, requires no edge finishing and is joined using industrial adhesives. Leather's natural trait is to develop a patina over time with use, allowing for an enjoyable experience of gradual change that reflects the owner's usage. ● Please refrain from using this product for purposes other than its intended use. ● As this is a leather product, there may be individual variations in color and texture. ● For minor smudges, gently wipe with a soft cloth. ● Areas that come into contact with oils such as hand oils will change color and quickly permeate the entire product. Please view this as an inevitable change that comes with long-term use and continue to cherish it. ● Exposure to moisture may cause spotting, fading, deformation, or rust (on metal parts). ● Exposure to direct sunlight, fire, heaters, or other high-temperature environments, or contact with organic solvents, gasoline, or other liquids may cause discoloration, deformation, or deterioration of quality. ● Prolonged exposure to high temperatures and humidity may lead to mold growth.
