The listed prices are not the actual costs. ◌ Kindly contact us via private message with photos of the pet you wish to immortalize. We will provide a quote after confirming the details. ◌ Due to a high volume of current orders, please be prepared for a waiting period of several months for scheduling. ◌ A 50% deposit is required. We will create a deposit listing for you to purchase. Once the deposit is paid, your order will be scheduled. ◌ The remaining balance will be due after we send you completion photos for your confirmation. Once you approve, you can then proceed to purchase from your personalized final payment listing. ◌ Changes to the expression or pose cannot be made one month prior to the start of creation. Therefore, please ensure all details are finalized. Any requests for modifications must be made at the initial stage. ◌ For custom orders, please provide photos from all angles: front, back, left, right, top, and bottom. Photos should be taken in normal lighting conditions without filters to avoid color discrepancies. Providing more photos is always beneficial for reference during the crafting process. ◌ If insufficient photos are available, consider a framed portrait, which only requires a front-facing photo. If you still prefer a full-body representation, please message us for inquiries, as we have adaptable solutions for different circumstances. ◌ During the creation process, we may need to clarify unclear details and will reach out to you for further information. Please ensure you remain accessible for communication. ◌ Upon completion, we will send you final product photos from various angles for your confirmation. Minor adjustments to patterns and details can be made upon request. However, changes to the pet's fur color and eye color are not accepted, as slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions. ◌ Free repair services are limited to a maximum of 5 times. Subsequent repairs will incur a fee. ◌ Once confirmed, the item will be carefully packaged and shipped. (We will confirm with you before sealing the package, thus no returns or exchanges are accepted after shipment.) ■ Specifications: ◌ Full Body (Rabbit): Approximately 15cm or 20cm in length (nose to tail). (For other types of pets, please inquire about specifications.) ◌ Full Body (Hamster): Approximately 10cm in length (nose to tail). ◌ Framed Portrait: Half-body (4x6 frame), Close-up (3.5x3.5 frame). (Rabbit head dimensions are approximately 8-9cm wide.) ■ Additional Information: ⌑ For full-body creations, you may send your pet's fur, ashes, or whiskers. These will be incorporated within the body using wool during the crafting process. (Small colored glass vials are also available for purchase.) If you wish to have real fur delicately attached to the surface, we have specialized methods for different fur types; please message us for details. Whiskers can be incorporated onto the face of the piece. ⌑ We dedicate our utmost effort to each pet's effigy, which requires significant time. Creation typically takes 3-4 weeks depending on complexity. Your patience is appreciated for the highest quality outcome. ⌑ As these are pieces born from considerable effort and time, cancellations or refunds are not possible once creation has begun. ⌑ As handmade items, 100% perfect replication of the original is not possible, and some variations are expected. Please refer to our previous works for style reference before placing your order. ⌑ Actual sizes may vary by +-1-2cm. Minor color and size discrepancies are inherent in the crafting process. Those seeking absolute perfection should refrain from ordering. We appreciate your understanding. ⌑ Surface fuzz or pilling may occur due to friction. Simply trim with small scissors; this will not affect the appearance of the needle-felted item. Please avoid rubbing, pulling, or letting your pet scratch it. ⌑ Completed works will be publicly displayed on our personal fan page, Instagram, and other platforms. ⌑ The wooden plate and dried flowers shown in display photos are not included with the actual product. ⌑ Optional add-ons available: Collar with engraved name tag, glass dome or acrylic case with dried floral arrangements.
