Please clean shoes and bags correctly. Avoid using strong detergents, excessive water, or soaking. 8. Bags are packaged in PP bags. While packaging is intended to protect the product, minor creases or indentations may occur during shipping due to handling. The packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings. Actual product colors will prevail. Handmade and measured dimensions may have a normal variation of approximately 1-3 cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please submit a private message to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests received after this period will not be processed. 2. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 3.
