The base is a natural Supima cotton ecru crepe fabric, with white ramie (linen) borders, offering a natural color palette that easily complements any outfit. ◎ Ramie is a type of linen that has a crisp texture and a cool feel, making it suitable for summer. It is characterized by its white color and a silk-like luster. COCOCOCO's OrganicCotton &linen(ramie) border fabric is carefully woven at a textile mill in Shiga Prefecture. Using Supima organic cotton, this fabric is supple and lustrous, finished with an 80/- fine count to be exceptionally lightweight. The weft yarn is strongly twisted, creating a crisp texture and fine crinkles (shibo) that allow air to circulate between the fabric and your skin, ensuring a cool and comfortable wear during the hot summer season. The cotton is shrunk through strong twisting, and the ramie has no stretch, resulting in a seersucker-like fabric that utilizes the unique properties of each material.
