The origins of Indo-Pacific beads are said to date back to the 2nd century BC. These particular beads are excavated artifacts from Indonesia, dating back to the 10th century – over 1000 years old! Upon closer inspection, you can appreciate a variety of blue hues. The golden beads are old Orissa brass, rare and ancient beads sourced from the state of Orissa in India. Each tiny Karen silver bead on the clasp is individually stamped!
