We do not accept changes to flowers, positioning, containers, card colors, or packaging unless there is significant damage like wilting or bruising. **| Flower Care |** ・Vase life varies by species, care, and environment, typically lasting 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging, placing the flowers in a vase, and keeping them in a cool, well-ventilated area. Change the water and trim 2-3 cm off the stems every 1-2 days to extend their life. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, or baskets, we recommend removing the packaging. Carefully part the flowers or leaves to add water from the back or the edge of the container until the water level is 3-4 cm from the rim. Refill to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Stuffy, direct sunlight environments shorten the life of fresh flowers. In high-temperature rooms, change the water more frequently. For table arrangements, you may add 1 drop of bleach to the water to reduce microbial growth.
