When discussing product development with our artisan roaster, our initial thoughts invariably revolved around:
**"Which nut flavors will be bestsellers?"**
We explored options like: Salted Caramel, Yakult, Chocolate, and Sour Cream & Onion.
However, in the end, we made a deliberate choice to offer only one flavor: **"Unseasoned"**.
This decision stemmed from the fundamental reason people seek out nuts: to consume them for health, for their nutritional benefits, and without guilt.
Yet, unseasoned nut products can initially deter customers with the perception of being "flavorless."
Through repeated testing of optimal temperatures and durations for nut roasting, we discovered a method that most effectively enhances the unique essence and refreshing texture of each nut, ensuring a pleasant, non-heating experience. This is precisely why many customers who try "Song Cheng Grains" nuts find themselves unable to return to other brands.
