・After checking in at the store and confirming your chosen design, you may switch to another design (only available for styles with existing materials) by paying the price difference. No refunds will be issued for designs of lower value.
・Class registration only secures your spot. Companions may be allowed depending on available space on the day, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time, punctuality is greatly appreciated.
・During the lesson, the instructor will provide a demonstration and allow practice with sample materials before working with your actual materials. If the finished product has irreparable defects due to personal error, a new set of materials will require a repurchase.
・The silver ring class typically takes 2-3 hours (duration varies depending on design complexity). After the class, the instructor will take approximately 2 hours for final finishing and polishing (you may explore the nearby area and return to pick up your piece). If you wish to take your item home the same day, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and we can mail your finished piece to you (free shipping) or you can collect it later.
"Metalworking Handcraft Class" is an introductory course to metalworking. Taught one-on-one by a professional metalworking instructor with demonstrations, using a variety of tools. Participants must be high school or vocational school age (or older) and be able to follow the instructor's guidance carefully to ensure safe learning.
・Strictly adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Students must wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the lesson, with the non-compliant party assuming responsibility for any resulting hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled class date, the class will be canceled according to government regulations for the store's location, and a new date will be arranged.
・We reserve the right to change course details. If a store event cannot proceed as planned, we will notify you in advance to coordinate a rescheduling of your class date.
