In this workshop, you'll receive a handmade tiered planter created by the instructor. We offer two styles: a classic rectangular tiered planter and a double-layered tiered planter. The instructor will guide you through planting and assembly techniques, helping you decorate your own little succulent haven. ・Includes: Workshop experience with a succulent planter (approx. 15x14x11cm height), tools and materials provided on-site, packaging bag, and unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Please indicate your preference for the large rectangular tiered planter or the double-layered rectangular tiered planter when placing your order. If no preference is noted, the instructor will randomly prepare a planter.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and payment, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue directly for your scheduled session; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, no further registrations will be accepted. Unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, you may contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。Refunds are processed in accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class commencement date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class commencement date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class commencement date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the following 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure the rights of other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is approved. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session does not reach 6 two days before the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer an alternative session or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This class includes unlimited self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the event venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media platforms. Your likeness may be used in event records or future recruitment materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
