. The cake decoration is as shown in the picture and cannot be changed.
. Cake background color can be changed

. Always use burger boxes
We do not accept urgent orders. If there is a need for urgent orders, a fee of $200 will be charged.
Shipment within "2 days" is a rush order.

· Production will begin after the order is placed, and the shipping time is 4-10 working days, and will be shipped in the order of the order.

· Candles are made of natural environmentally friendly Wax materials. White film, staining, slight bubbles, and uneven surfaces are all normal phenomena. Perfectionists please consider this.
· No shipment will be made if the single order amount is less than $150 (excluding shipping charges).
· If separate packaging is required, please inform us in advance. If not informed, all packages will be combined.
· When burning bare Wax, use a candle holder, plate or paper to catch the Wax wax.
· When purchasing products containing cream, the color may fade, which is normal.
· Candles are fragile products. Please unpack them carefully and record the video as evidence. If there are any defects or missing corners, please send us a private message to give us the opportunity to compensate and improve.
· The products are all handmade after ordering. Customized products do not provide return or exchange services. Anyone who maliciously abandons the order will be blacklisted🙅🏻‍♀️
· In response to environmental protection, we use new/recycled cartons in good condition for shipment alternately. If you mind, please let us know.
