(If not specified, it will be as pictured.) • All cakes are packaged in burger boxes. We do not accept urgent orders. A fee of $200 will be charged for urgent order requests. Orders shipping within "2 days" are considered urgent. / All colors are hand-mixed, and the actual product may have slight variations. Colors may also appear slightly different on different phone screens. / Natural wax materials may exhibit color bleeding, which is normal and does not affect use. **Ribbon colors are based on available stock. Please specify your desired color/scent in the remarks. (The last image in the listing shows color options; you can note them directly or send us a private message.) If no preference is provided, the artisan will make a selection. All candles are made with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. The fragrance oils are IFRA certified, safe for pregnant women, children, and pets. • Production begins after you place your order. Shipping time is 4-10 business days, processed in order of receipt. • All colors are hand-mixed, and the actual product may have slight variations. (Colors may also appear slightly different on different phone screens.) • Candles are made with natural and eco-friendly wax. Surface frosting, color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal phenomena. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist. • Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. • If you require separate packaging, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. • When burning exposed wax, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. • When purchasing items with "cream" frosting, color bleeding may occur, which is a normal phenomenon. • Candles are fragile items. Please unbox carefully and record a video as proof. If there are any defects or chips, please message us to allow us the opportunity to compensate and improve. • All items are handmade after ordering. Customized products are non-refundable or exchangeable.
