For everyday maintenance of the mini guqin, simply moisten your finger with a drop of olive oil and gently touch it; no additional care is needed. After the knot weaving is completed, we use a special Chinese knot fixing glue (similar to hairspray) for shaping, ensuring it remains resistant to deformation with future use. The tassel material is nylon. After years of testing various materials, nylon is the tassel material we ultimately selected over a decade ago. If you accidentally mess up the tassel, it is relatively easy to manage; simply hang it naturally, and it will return to its original form.
