This ink has a generous flow and is specifically formulated for fountain pens. It remains writeable even after a month in an EF nib. Volume: 15ml Paper for Swatch: Tomoe River Paper Sheen is the metallic sheen that forms when the ink dries. Shading refers to the variation in ink intensity during writing. Chromatography is the colorful gradient after the ink is applied. All ink effects are inherent and appear without external force or water dilution. Ink Precautions: This ink is handmade, using UK imported cosmetic-grade dyes from scratch. Please understand the characteristics of handmade inks; they are still some distance from commercially branded inks. If replicated, the colors may not be perfectly reproduced. Due to the limitations in preservatives and additives compared to commercial standards, the ingredients are relatively natural. Therefore, to prevent contamination and mold, avoid directly drawing ink with a fountain pen or dip pen whenever possible. Please be aware that untreated tap water contains invisible bacteria that are generally harmless but can cause degradation over time. If you need to use a dip pen, please thoroughly dry it after cleaning or use distilled water or boiled water as cleaning solution. ----------------------------- All inks have undergone the following tests: Resting → Filtering → Filling an F-nib fountain pen → Resting for one month The images have been adjusted as much as possible to minimize paper color influence, but ink colors may vary due to screen differences, photography techniques, paper type, and pen width used. Returns or exchanges due to color discrepancies will not be accepted. ------------------------------ This ink contains shimmer. My handmade inks use pearl powder of 800 mesh or higher. The shimmer intensity may not be comparable to other handmade inks that emphasize glitter. Fountain pens with F nibs or larger can be used for temporary filling. However, please refrain from using them in high-value fountain pens. All inks are free of binders. If you desire a thicker consistency for easier use with a dip pen, Arabic gum powder is available for purchase separately. It is common knowledge that glitter is not recommended for fountain pens due to clogging risks. If the ink will be stored for extended periods, please clean the pen thoroughly to prevent blockages. If you are filling a fountain pen and do not want the glitter, do not shake the bottle; only draw ink from the upper layer. Once the ink is dry, the glitter may transfer upon touch. It is recommended to use a fixative spray for artwork preservation. Do not mix my handmade inks with each other, as this may cause sedimentation. ----------------------------- The fragrances used in the ink are food-grade flavorings. Their scent is pleasant only during writing and does not last long on paper. **Ink is a liquid and cannot be shipped internationally directly. Please do not check out directly.
