If using a washing machine, turn the bag inside out and place it in a laundry bag. 2/ Avoid vigorous scrubbing of stains, as this may cause localized fading. 3/ For minor stains, try using an eraser. Use cleaning agents sparingly. 4/ To remove sizing, soak the bag in water to release the starch. 5/ It is recommended to wash the bag separately to avoid color transfer. 6/ After washing, air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid high-temperature sun exposure. 7/ Do not iron at high temperatures or tumble dry. 8/ Printed graphics may crack or tear if stretched or pulled. Avoid rubbing the design. **Return and Exchange Policy** **Our design shop adheres to a 7-day appreciation period, which is not a trial period.** 1/ Please notify us via email with photos within seven days. 2/ The item must be in new condition with no signs of use. 3/ For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (without significant defects), the refund will not include the original shipping fee. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, the buyer is also responsible for the shipping fee for the replacement item.
