Matcha Bowl Sea

We have prepared a matcha tea bowl called "Umi". A calm sea is depicted on a full teacup. I think this is a perfect item to use during the hot season. Please be sure to pick up a copy. The size of the bowl was determined through much trial and error to find one that would fit comfortably in the hand. The balance of clay and glaze was achieved through repeated testing to create a piece that feels pleasant to the touch. This is a tea bowl that is full of attention to detail.
