We often preserve the shapes of plants through pressing,
but flowers eventually fade and become brittle with time.
This class explores metalworking as a way
to find another possibility for flowers to endure.
The workshop begins with sawing the petals,
where you'll personally shape the flower's silhouette and rhythm.
Next, through the gentle heat of the flame,
copper alloys will reveal their natural colors,
leaving a unique fiery trace on each petal.
Finally, riveting secures the flower onto its base,
completing a functional and artistic bookmark.

⁍ **Course Cancellation and Refund Procedure**
.a. Cancellations requested seven days prior to the course date are eligible for a full refund.
.b. Cancellations requested between six and three days prior to the course date will receive a 70% refund of the course fee.
.c. Cancellations made without meeting the above conditions will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
.d. Arriving 15 minutes or more late without prior notification will be considered a forfeiture of the class, and no refund will be issued.
