✦The work is purely handmade. It uses wool fibers to be felted by continuously poking them. The process requires several steps.
It takes thousands of needles and requires a lot of patience and time accumulation. Thank you for your patience!
✦Each handmade product is unique. Even if it is the same model, it cannot be exactly the same. Please use it with care and do not pull it hard or treat it roughly to avoid damaging the work!
✦The material is made of 100% Australian wool, which is naturally made. It is normal for fuzz to appear due to friction due to long-term use. Just use small scissors to trim the surface. You can also use a low-temperature wool mode iron to lightly iron it.
✦Natural wool itself is rich in oil and is resistant to dirt and dust. However, if there is obvious dirt, you can pat it lightly with water. In serious cases, it is recommended to use cold water or alkaline soap immediately, wash the area and let it air dry naturally. Follow the cleaning of wool products. Method, do not use detergent or hot water, do not use brushes or other external force to clean, please avoid direct sunlight exposure, it may cause deformation or shrinkage.
✦Enjoy free maintenance within one year of purchase (you need to pay the postage to return it based on the date of shipment)
