**The Birth Story of the "Tami Pot"**
https://oigen.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/DSC_0246.jpg
The "Tami" in "Mrs. Tami's Bread Baking Pan" refers to Kuniko Oikawa, the fifth-generation president of OIGEN, and her grandmother, Tami Omi. Mrs. Tami currently lives in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, near Iwate Prefecture. She celebrated her 105th birthday in 2020. During Japan's impoverished times, Grandma Tami mentioned obtaining a bread baking pan to delight her three young children. Decades later, based on this bread baking pan, the "Mrs. Tami's Bread Baking Pan" was recreated using Nambu ironware. This time, it was made to bake bread for her great-grandchildren. The hope is that the care for loved ones will be passed down, no matter the time.
**The Secret to Delicious, Delicate Bread Lies in its Donut-Shaped Structure!**
Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. With the "Tami Pot," even difficult breads and cakes turn out delicious. Even during outdoor camping with unstable heat sources, it can help you create delicious meals from roughly chopped ingredients. The reason it can do this is the hole in the center of the pot.

As working from home has become the norm, the boundaries between work and private life have blurred. More people are heading to open outdoor spaces with their most important people, such as family and partners, to refresh their spirits.
The "Tami Pot," chosen with the sentiment of "wanting to make something for loved ones," brings deliciousness to the precious moments spent with them.
**Product Features**
**▍Feature 1: The Lid Also Radiates Heat**
The heat rises through the chimney-shaped opening, immediately heating both the pot and the lid. The quickly heated lid also radiates heat, cooking the ingredients from above, creating an oven-like effect that heats from all sides.

**▍Feature 2: Even Heat Convection**
Heat convection within the pot ensures ingredients are heated evenly, speeding up cooking time. You can cook quickly even with low heat.

**▍Feature 3: Appropriately Regulates Moisture**
As air escapes through the gap between the pot and the lid, it appropriately carries away steam, creating a steaming and baking effect. The "baking" and "steaming" cooking methods effectively utilize the moisture within the ingredients, locking in flavor.

**Made with OIGEN's Original Innovative "Bare Casting" Technique**
To solve coating issues, OIGEN revived casting techniques from 300 years ago. Through over a decade of research and refinement, they skillfully blended traditional and modern technologies to create the patented "Bare Casting" technique.
The Bare Casting technique allows the pot to be used without any coating, achieving non-stick properties and rust resistance. No coating means it is completely harmless to the human body.

**Usage Precautions**
◎ Due to the central chimney structure, the flame will pass directly through the opening upwards. Do not place your hand above the chimney opening or peer inside.

◎ Both the pot and lid will become hot during heating, so please use heat-resistant gloves (use leather heat-resistant gloves for outdoor cooking).
