Cherry Blossom Chawan

This wheel-thrown tea bowl was made in my small pottery workshop here in Taiwan. My workshop overlooks the Yamingshan mountain which is a constant source of inspiration. This pot was made from local Taiwanese clay and then a simple and humble clear glaze was applied. I believe handmade pot should see evidence of the hand involved. This is why I etched and then painted a cherry blossom motif. Be the owner of a handmade tea bowl made from the beautiful island of Taiwan. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about my work. Detailed dimensions: Holds 350 ml Height: 6.5 cm Width: 11 cm
