A unique beauty that brings you happiness.
The materials for this piece are selected from thousands of kimono fabrics, slumbering in traditional chests, featuring auspicious patterns. Each item is meticulously crafted by hand, imbued with the wish for the happiness of the person who holds it.
A Gift of Japan
Utilizing kimono fabrics from traditional chests, we honor the local saying from Watari Town, Miyagi Prefecture, passed down by elderly women: "Never discard cloth that can wrap three adzuki beans." We create beautiful and charming items from even the smallest scraps of fabric. They are also cherished as gifts for small tokens of appreciation or greetings.
An Item to Add Radiance to Your Back View
These hair accessories blend seamlessly not only with kimonos and yukatas but also with any attire, allowing the wearer to express their individuality. Beyond being retro-modern hair accessories, they can also be used as armbands or book bands. Having one tucked away in your bag can be quite convenient.
Symbols of Happiness: Auspicious Patterns
Auspicious patterns, used as "symbols of happiness," carry good fortune. Understanding the meanings of these Japanese motifs connects you to the profound depths of Japanese culture inherited from ancient times.
<Chrysanthemum Pattern> "Longevity," "Wish for Rejuvenation," "Prayer for Health"
Chrysanthemums were believed to possess anti-aging properties and were used medicinally. They are considered a symbol of longevity and good fortune.
<Plum Blossom Pattern> "Prayer for Passing Exams," "Academic Achievement," "Prayer for Safe Childbirth"
It is said that the god of learning resides within plum seeds, and they have been treated similarly to the god of scholarship.
<Maple Leaf Pattern> "Improvement in Skills," "Success in Romance" A pattern favored by warriors, resembling a cockscomb, symbolizing "conquering the world." As autumn leaves turn color during the deer's mating season, it also carries a wish for romantic success.
The Joy of Gazing and Collecting
The kimono fabrics with their auspicious patterns are items that bring images of happiness just by looking at them. By collecting your favorite pieces, you can enjoy creating your own personal gallery.

<Notes on Purchase>
*As all items are handmade, please understand that each piece is unique, with slight variations in size, shape, and pattern.
*In rare cases where we obtain kimono fabric in excellent condition, multiple items may be produced from the same fabric. Please note that the pattern placement may differ slightly from the photos due to fabric cutting.
*Colors and textures may appear different on screen compared to the actual product. If you have any concerns, please contact us or refrain from purchasing.
*Much of the kimono fabric used as material is secondhand and often lacks markings, making it difficult to identify the exact materials. We thoroughly inspect and process the fabrics, including washing, before remaking them. Please handle with care, as some fabrics may fade or shrink when wet.
*As we also sell on other sites, please forgive us in case of a sell-out.
