As the tanning agents are derived from natural plants, it is safe for direct skin contact, which is why vegetable-tanned leather is also known as eco-friendly leather or tree gum leather. The characteristic feature of vegetable-tanned leather is its vintage appeal. With use, it develops a unique patina and traces of wear, becoming more beautiful over time, which is the aesthetic many desire. 【Hardware】: Brass Brass, known as "the metal that never rusts," develops a rich, layered patina over time, lending it a captivating charm. 【Important Notes】 1. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and computer screen differences. The actual product color is the final authority. 2. Vegetable-tanned leather is left with minimal finishing or coatings to showcase its natural appearance. Variations in grain, subtle marks from blood vessels, or minor scratches are all normal characteristics. Each product's grain pattern is unique. 3. This item features brass hardware. As brass hardware is mass-produced rather than individually hand-finished, there may be minor imperfections such as pinholes, scratches, or small dents on the surface. These do not affect usability. For light-colored leather items, avoid contact with dark clothing and denim to prevent color transfer. For dark-colored items, avoid contact with light-colored clothing for the same reason. 2. Moisture or water can cause mold or stains on leather products. If exposed to moisture or water, gently dab with a dry, soft cloth immediately and place in a well-ventilated area. 3. Daily cleaning and care: Do not wash with water or any cleaning solvents. Wipe away dust with a dry cloth, then apply a small amount of leather care oil and rub it evenly into the leather surface. Brass: 1. Brass is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. However, it will oxidize upon contact with air, gradually developing dark spots and a patina over time depending on the level of oxidation. 2. Use "vinegar" to remove dark spots from brass: When the dark spots on the brass surface become more pronounced or patina appears, simply soak the brass in vinegar.
